Rebel Business Park Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions (terms and/or terms and conditions) carefully before using the Business Park website (services) operated by the Rebel Business School Aotearoa (RBSA, us, we, and our). We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon notification on this site.
Conditions of Use
Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Digital Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the free trial period of three months and will continue to renew monthly until cancelled or terminated.
You can notify us of cancellation of your subscription (to be effective at the end of the then current
subscription period) by email to Hello@rebelbusinessschool.nz with one month’s prior notice. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid paying for future subscription periods. This means, when you cancel, you cancel only future charges for the subscription and you will not receive a refund for the then current subscription period. Access to content via your digital subscription will also continue until the end of the then current subscription period. Subscriptions cannot be put on hold.
Pricing
RBSA may offer different subscription packages and special promotions. We reserve the right to change and/or terminate any offered subscriptions or promotions at any time. The current price is five dollars per month plus GST. The price is in NZ dollars. International subscriptions do not attract GST.
Changes to Pricing
We can change the price of any Digital Subscription packages and the amount that you pay (to be effective at the start of the next subscription period) at any time as long as we notify you. Once we notify you of a change in the price, you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription (to be effective at the end of the then current subscription period). If you don’t cancel, you will be charged the new price at the beginning of the next subscription period.
Payment
Digital Subscriptions are pre-paid. We will deduct the subscription fee at the time you subscribe (or if you have signed-up for a free-trial, at the end of the free trial period) using the credit card details you have provided, and then automatically at the beginning of each subscription period until your subscription is cancelled or terminated. It is your responsibility to provide valid credit card details and an email address and ensure those are kept up to date at all times. If we are unable to contact you or take payment for a subscription we will retry for a maximum period of 14 days, after which time your subscription will be cancelled. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, particularly if your method of payment fails at any time.
